is your body's home base. It's the natural place your body finds when you nourish body, mind and soul with what you need. It's a body that is energized to support you in living your fullest, most beautiful life. 

For many of us, it's a new concept, a far cry from the conflicting rules and fads that inundate us day in and day out. Shifting a belief system that has been ingrained in many of us since we were teenagers isn't a simple undertaking. It takes work and, often, it takes support from others to keep us accountable. Together, we will take slow and simple steps toward achieving that mindset shift. 


this program is right for you if

  • You struggle with your weight and can't remember what it feels like to be at ease in your body
  • You have tried every diet known to man...and none of them work. (This is SO not a diet program, so if that's what you're looking for, this is probably not the right fit!)
  • Your insecurities about your body hold you back from living your best life in some (or many) ways
  • Food has more power in your life than you want it to
  • You sometimes or often feel guilt and/or shame when it comes to your body and food behaviors
  • You struggle with emotional eating and/or binge eating
  • You wish your relationship with food could just be "normal"
  • You are willing to go beyond the food and explore what elements in your life may be out of balance and impacting your relationship with food
  • You are ready to change your life in a seriously meaningful and lasting way way

how will we work together?

  • We will work together in a 1:1 capacity so that you – and only you – are the focus of every session we have together
  • We will have regularly scheduled 50-minute appointments
  • Appointments are on a bi-weekly basis
  • Our sessions can be in-person, via phone, Facetime or Skype, depending on your location and preference
  • You will have ongoing support from me via email, phone and text in between sessions
  • A sustainable body looks different for everyone, as does the path to get there, which is why our work together will be largely shaped by your needs, your goals, your story
